Vprašanje konstrukcije se dotika začetkov arhitekturne stroke, torej njenega rojstva. Konstrukcija se v grajenih strukturah novega dostopnega vodnega centra ne pojavlja le kot nujni del arhitekture, ki omogoča, da zgradba stoji, ampak je prav konstrukcija edina, ki tvori zunanjo podobo objekta. Na ta način dobi dostopni vodni center prepoznaven karakter, ki se zgleduje po značilnostih lokalne vernakularne arhitekture. V prostorski scenografiji območja intervencije s svojo ‘vernakularno’ pojavnostjo tako izginejo in prepustijo obstoječim vedutam (prostrana krajina, silhueta Brežic...) dominantno vlogo. Karakter obstoječe pokrajine ostane takorekoč nedotaknjen. Vse intervencije so zasnovane kot sistem prostorske mreže vertikalnih in horizontalnih nosilcev, ki skladno s fraktalno logiko spajanja lesenih elementov omogoča oblikovanje grajenih struktur v vseh merilih. Na ta način postane poenotena likovna govorica lahkih, samonosnih lesenih struktur nosilec kompozicije vseh grajenih posegov okoli akumulacijskega jezera in hkrati okvir, ki se lahko polni poljubno, skladno s potrebami posameznih programov. Oblika posameznih struktur je torej končni izraz vsebine in globoko korenini v funkcionalnosti. S svojo pojavnostjo na najbolj neposreden način sporoča kako je objekt v resnici zgrajen.
