Arhitekturna zasnova nove stavbe s svojo pojavnostjo sledi arhitekturnemu oblikovanju obstoječih stavb, jih dopolnjuje in hkrati poudarja samostojno delovanje novega programa. Nova stavba je zasnovana kot lesena skeletna okvirna konstrukcija. Regularni ritem lesenih konstukcijskih elementov se prilagaja stiku z obstoječim objektom in neposredno določa zunanji videz stavbe. Pojavnost stavbe je tako neposredna posledica konstrukcijske zasnove, ki na jasen način govori o tem kako je objekt v resnici zgrajen. S tem se nova stavba na obstoječ kontekst naveže tudi na nivoju zasnove fasadnega ovoja saj povzema kompozicijsko shemo, ki je značilna za obstoječe objekte. Kljub temu, da arhitekturna zasnova novega fasadnega ovoja sledi kompozicijski shemi obstoječih objektov pa nosilne konstrukcije ne pokaže dobesedno. Lesena nosilna konstrukcija je pri novi stavbi varno umaknjena v notranjost, kjer jo ščiti toplotni ovoj stavbe. Konstrukcija se na fasadi zrcali v obliki negativnega prostora med posameznimi fasadnimi polji in tako ustvarja lažji, paviljonski vtis nove stavbe. Posamezna fasadna polja, zasnovana skladno s specifiko potreb programa v notranjosti, ustvarjajo na fasadi dinamično kompozicijo, ki na najbolj neposreden način govori o razporeditvi programskih sklopov v notranjosti. Dinamika fasade je torej dobesedni odraz funkcionalne razporeditve notranjih prostorov v povezavi z nosilno konstrukcijo. Podoba nove stavbe je tako iskrena artikulacija med seboj sorodnih a obenem tudi zelo različnih podob posameznih programskih sklopov povezanih v en skupen likovni jezik.
